When using the online booking service, please note this is to request an appointment time. Request will be accepted or denied and a follow up text/email will be sent. Clients with excessive cancellation/no show history forfeit their booking privilege.
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to change your services, cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations and no shows will be charged a service fee of 50% for the first missed appointment and 100% of any future occurrences. Fee must be paid via invoice before another appointment will be rescheduled. If multiple services are initially booked then changed at service time, a cancelation fee may be applied as well. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to vibrate upon arrival. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.
Please be advised there is no waiting area and the treatment room is for clients only. The state of Alabama requires a parent or guardian in any service for clients younger than 18 years old.
Our highly trained therapists are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, the service will be stopped immediately and full payment is due.

Gift Cards can be used for services and products only. They are non refundable for cash/credit. Products can be exchanged if there are issues such as broken pump or allergy.
